Highly recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup. The soup is incredibly creamy and soft, the grilled cheese is the epitome of what a grilled cheese should be. It’s like one of those grilled cheeses that you would see in the movies. We ordered a dozen oysters. It came with horseradish vinegar and a cream sauce. Delicious! Out of the dozen, we had one bad oyster. It happens, so no big deal. The manager comped it for us without us even having to ask. The service is great, lovely views, overall amazing experience!

We enjoyed two afternoons at the Arc. The service from Bruna and Emilee was 100% VIP service. They made great recommendations and truly went above and beyond to make sure our visit was memorable. The spritz at happy hour is delicious and we loved seeing the Canadian wine selection.

This is my one of my partners favorite brunch places, so naturally, there were some expectations and anxiety for me for choosing ARC as his birthday brunch surprise. I was so glad that I did First of all, let’s start with the food: It is ALWAYS consistent, fresh, and you can tell is made with love and care. I also love that they switch up the menu here and there between our visits! Our favorite of the day was the Salmon Roesti, I am thinking about it as I’m writing this review. It’s honestly out of this world and I wish I can have it everyday The consistency, the flavor, all of it was top notch. Secondly, the service. Our server last time was good (you’d expect it from a higher end restaurant), but this time was PHENOMENAL. Millan took care of us, took the time to chat with us, and gave us a free birthday cake to really help us set the tone for the rest of today. I can’t rave about her service enough, it really did make both of our days and set us up for a great birthday adventure ahead. We’ll be back sooner rather than later. Thank you ARC and Millan for a magical experience and help me celebrate my partners special day

Me and my mom tried out their AYCE brunch set. They offered us a free mimosa for wearing our Christmas themed sweaters. I really enjoyed their lobster mac and cheese, berry smoothie and apple caramel croissant skillet. The overall vibes were great and I loved the view of canada place despite the weather being rainy.

Came for the Valentine's Day tasting menu and was impressed with both the presentation and taste. The service was also exceptional! Enjoyed the small touches, such as making all the dishes red/pink to match the Valentines day theme, and the special V day cocktail.

We had a wonderful experience having lunch at ARC Restaurant recently with my dear friend who was visiting from out of the country. I wanted a restaurant that was downtown, near the sky train station with a great view and excellent food and we absolutely found the right place. We had great service including coat check, which I always appreciate at a fine dining restaurant. Got a table by the window. All of food was exquisite and I loved how the server was able to explain each of the items to us in detail. Special mention to the Creme Caramel (see my pic) that was next level. I’m also a big fan of shopping local and eating locals so I appreciate their province to plate program and rooftop bees and garden. The prices were in line with other fine dinning restaurants so do keep that in mind. My friend was very impressed which made me happy and we would be back in a heartbeat.

ARC Restaurant is one of my favourite places to eat in my hometown of Vancouver Canada. I highly suggest it whether you’re a local or visiting our City. It’s easy to get to via Skytrain (a roughly 15 minute walk from Waterfront), you can taxi, bike or use Uber/Lyft. The view is lovely of the ocean, Canada Place and the food is delicious! My Mum and I were there again in May 2025. I ordered a breakfast item as did she and the team there is wonderful. It’s clean, comfortable and great place for couples, single or big groups :)

I didn’t expect the hotel restaurant to impress quite as much as it did. We weren’t hungry enough for a full three-course meal, so I can’t comment on the mains, but the cocktails were fantastic, the mussels and fries hit the spot, and the desserts were outstanding. Our waitress, Bruna, was excellent throughout. Her dessert recommendations were especially brilliant surprises. The cherry on top was the live music; the performer absolutely nailed the cover songs and added to the ambience perfectly.
